Come along for an art filled afternoon at The Wild Duck, where creativity, good company and a little bit of fun come together.
Whether you’re an experienced artist or you haven’t picked up a paintbrush in years, this is a chance to slow down, get creative and make something of your own. We’ll be painting on canvas with acrylics in a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
No artistic experience required!

Food and drinks will be available to purchase at the venue.
What to wear: Acrylic paint can stain clothing, so please wear something you don’t mind getting a little messy.
Meet Your Artist: Luka
Hi, I’m Luka, and I’ll be your artist guiding you through our painting afternoon!
I’ve been creating art for as long as I can remember, first developing my skills through formal art studies where I explored drawing, painting, pottery and a range of different creative mediums. Since then, I’ve continued working with art in different forms, from traditional creative work to designing and making pieces myself.
I’ve always enjoyed the process of taking an idea and turning it into something physical, and I think that’s what makes creating art so enjoyable. There’s no single right way to do it!
For this event, I want to create a fun space where you can put aside the pressure to make something “perfect” and simply enjoy creating something one of a kind. I’ll guide you through the process and help along the way, but your canvas is yours to make your own.
Whether you already love painting or you’re just looking for something different to do, I’m looking forward to spending the afternoon creating together, meeting new people and seeing what everyone comes up with.
