Kevin and Enrico will guide you through each pairing, sharing their knowledge and passion for artisan cheese and fine wine while answering your questions along the way. The atmosphere will be relaxed, informative & interactive with plenty of opportunity for discussion.
The tasting will take place in the stunning "Robert Adam Eating Parlour" at Headfort House, one of Ireland's finest Georgian interiors. Designed by the renowned Scottish architect Robert Adam, it forms part of the only significant collection of his work to survive intact in Ireland.
